Neil is an expert in many cuisines and cooking styles- from michelin style fine dining top street food and high volume catering.  

Neil is available to work on projects at any level of involvement. From a casual bit of advice, to a full consultancy including initial kitchen and menu design, right through to help on opening night. For certain clients it can also be negotiable to attach his involvement in the project for the benefit of the media.
